The Student Governance and Development Unit (SGDU) is responsible for providing holistic support and coordination of all student governance formations in the University.

We serve as a hub for developing responsible future leaders through promoting social engagement and creating opportunities for growth and development.

Our vision is to establish and conduct integrated student leadership support and development programmes that contribute to producing a well-rounded graduate who is empowered, informed, and responsible.

We strive to reach our vision by assessing student needs, policy development, data-driven, and create opportunities for students to enhance quality student leadership.
