PAN AFRICANIST YOUTH CONGRESS OF AZANIA (PAYCO)

The Pan Africanist Youth Congress of Azania (PAYCO) is a political organisation that views African Nationalism as a unifying force in the struggle against colonialism, racism, and social degradation. African Nationalism is seen as a vital ideology that aims to: • Unify all African people under African Nationalism • Advocate for gender equality and non-sexism • Respect religious beliefs • Eliminate social exploitation and imperialism • Combat neo-colonialism • Embrace scientific socialism as a necessary tool The organisation passionately empowers African youth for political and economic liberation. PAYCO is committed to being the youth wing of Azania's Pan Africanist Congress (PAC), upholding Pan Africanism and scientific socialism as core principles. The PAYCO is based at the Alice campus.
