Academic Biography

Dr. Vuledzani P. Ndanganeni is a distinguished academic and practitioner in the field of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Fort Hare. With over 17 years of experience spanning clinical practice, academia, and research, Dr. Ndanganeni has established herself as an expert in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) in South Africa. Her professional career demonstrates a seamless blend of clinical expertise and academic excellence. After completing her community service, she worked as a Senior Speech-Language Therapist and Audiologist. Dr. Ndanganeni’s research contributions are significant, with publications in high-impact journals focusing on early communication skills, technology applications in speech-language therapy, and dysphagia management. Her collaborative work with international scholars and institutions has contributed to advancing the understanding of AAC implementation in diverse contexts.
