Assessment

The assessment pivot offers assistance, development and support to Faculties on issues relating to assessment  and moderation of students' learning. Advice and support on RPL is offered to both Faculties and individual  applicants. Through seminars, workshops, and formal qualifications, the assessment pivot fulfils the training, development, and policy implementation support mandate. By so doing, the SAQA requirement for assessors of  unit standards and qualifications, and the institutional professional development imperatives are met.
