Facilitation of Learning

The vision of the University of Fort Hare (UFH) is that of a 'vibrant, equitable and sustainable African university, committed to teaching and research excellence at the service of its students, scholars and wider community'. Its mission is to provide high quality education of international standards.

The current Higher Education context calls for a responsible approach to the training and development of facilitators. The traditional lack of quality and support associated with facilitator practices and systems, challenges UFH to find innovative and responsible ways in which to address such potentially negative factors in its overall aim towards quality teaching and learning.
