Mr Gulwa is the Finance & Admin Manager for the Fort Hare Foundation. He possesses a B. Com Accounting Degree from the University of Cape Town as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA/CTA) from Milpark Education.

He did his SAICA articles at SizweNtsalubaGobodo (SNG) and on completion of his articles he stayed for a further two years as a Senior Consultant. He then went on to join West Coast TVET College in the Western Cape as a Senior Assets Officer and later went on to became a Financial Manager.

Mr. Gulwa is an audit and accounting specialist with experience from both the Public and Private Sector. He has practical knowledge and deep understanding of IFRS, GRAP, PFMA, MFMA, Treasury Regulations, Financial Management, Assets Management which has been gained for a period of over 10 years working experience.
