As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to have a negative impact on the personal and mental wellbeing of those who are infected or affected by the virus, UFH has created this webpage to support staff during these distressful times.
The page is managed by the Wellness Unit under the Human Resource Department. Its purpose is to create a platform where UFH employees who have recovered, infected or affected by the virus, can share their experiences, advice and seek solutions. Employees will be able to express their concerns and fears induced by the virus and ultimately get support.
The unit has an obligation to contact and follow-up on Covid-19 positive employees and their contacts to check how they are coping physically and mentally. They also provide the necessary support and counselling to those who have lost family members due to Covid-19.
