The UFH Remote and Virtual Education Laboratory (ReVEL) Technology continues to make significant strides. The latest was a study visit by members of the National Science Project Steering Committee comprising representatives from the Department of Science and Innovation (DSI), Eastern Cape Department of Education (ECDoE) and Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).

FOSST Discovery Centre received laptops from the IDC!

The FOSST Discovery Centre received laptops from the IDC! These are fruits of hard work endeavors by the Director of the Projects Office, Ms Nokulunga Mnqeta.
As you know we started the online/remote experimentation project which will revolutionize the way we do things in our science practical session spaces. Students will now be able to perform experiments at any time and anywhere if there is internet connectivity. The laptops will enable us to space them in accordance with social distancing while they perform these experiments when they are physically on-site.
