ICT Trainer/ Business Analyst

Job Description: 

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 To have a broad working knowledge of ICT systems to be able to provide training on all ERP systems/modules and Microsoft platforms to staff members within the University and to assist with systems analyses of ITS.

OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Required to work after hours

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification (minimum)

  • 3 Years relevant qualification (e.g. BCom: Informatics / NDip: IT)

Experience (minimum)

  • 3 Years relevant experience.

 Required training

  • At least three years of working with the ITS system at a level of systems analyst as well as Training on Microsoft SQL server.
