The World Bank e-Library is ,an online, fully cross-searchable portal of over  4,500 World Bank documents.  This   particular World Bank collection consists of over 1,800 World Bank publications and over 2,700 Policy Research Working Papers as well as each new book and paper as they are publish.   The Policy Research Working Paper Series disseminates findings of work in progress and are not the final product.

SpringerLink is an integrated full-text database for journals and books published by Springer. SpringerLink currently offers over 1,250 fully peer-reviewed journals and more than 10,000 books online.

GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT FINANCE is the sole repository for statistics on the external debt of developing countries on a loan-by-loan basis. GDF presents reported or estimated data on the total external debt of all low-and middle-income countries in both electronic and print formats. Data are shown for 135 individual countries that report tothe World Bank's Debtor reporting System (DRS). These countries report to the DRS under Operational Policy 14.10 mandate of the World Bank. It provides statistical data for the 136 countries and country groups that covers external debt stocks and flows, major economic aggregates, and key debt ratios.

The  A-to-Z list service provides academics and studetns with a single, comprehensive online list of titles to which they have access.

Sage comprises of 10 discipline specific databases.  It includes more than 256 journals.  The Sage full-text collections are available in the following disiplines.  Communication Studies, Criminology, Education, Health Sciences, Management & Organizations Studies, Materials Science, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Urban Studies & Planning.

The collection currently comprises 44 South African journals, which may be searched individually, and provides immediate access to the PDF versions of 6 000+ full-text articles. Of the journals in the collection, 14 appear on the Approved South African Journals list, the ISI list, or the IBSS list. New journal titles and issues are added to the collection on an ongoing basis.

Aluka is a not-for-profit international collaboration of educational and cultural institutions. Their mission is to build a high-quality scholarly resource of materials from and about Africa.  The materials in Aluka have been contributed by dozens of partner institutions around the world. At present, with the support of The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and Ithaka, three content areas are under development, each built around a common theme. In the future, organisations joining Aluka will have the opportunity to contribute their own scholarly collections about Africa to the Aluka platform, thereby providing a means of distributing them to a global audience and aggregating them with other scholarly content about Africa. Aluka's first three content areas are:  African Cultural Heritage Sites and Landscapes: Documentation of heritage sites including photographs, 3D models, GIS data, and rock art images, linked to contextual materials such as excavation reports, manuscripts, travelogues, maps, and scholarly research.
