It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to the Transversal Training Management Agency (TTMA) website. TTMA is a unit operating under the School of Public Management & Development based at the Bhisho campus, Eastern Cape Provincial Government's headquarters. TTMA's core business is rendering cutting-edge training services primarily to the public sector with specific focus on the provincial and local government spheres. We are currently contracted to provide transversal training to the Eastern Cape Provincial Government in South Africa. Our passion for service delivery is best articulated by our motto, “charting new frontiers in professional development”. For TTMA discovering new frontiers, means contributing to a public service that works smarter.
We engage services from a core of highly skilled and experienced internal and external learning facilitators drawn from the public and private sectors. Our trainers undergo a rigorous process of selection ensuring that we retain only trainers who have comprehensive understanding of the needs and challenges of our clients. As a unit operating in the academic landscape we balance theoretical content with practical, robust and relevant case studies.
Our Learning Facilitators are passionate about the transfer of knowledge and participants are given plenty of opportunities to apply what they learn individually and in teams during the learning intervention. We continuously explore new and innovative methods to ensure that the transfer of knowledge and skill is value adding and effective. TTMA offers courses that range between 2-5 days.
