studying the acoustic niche of the Mozambique bush-baby Galagoides granti in the sand-forest of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa

Ms Nokuthula Kom graduated with a BSc at the University of Fort Hare in 2014 and is now enrolled for her BSc Honours in Zoology under the supervision of Professor JC Masters and Dr F Génin at the University of Fort Hare. Her current project entails studying the acoustic niche of the Mozambique bush-baby Galagoides granti in the sand-forest of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. She has presented her work at two national conferences, the Southern African Society for Systematic Biology (SASSB XI) conference and the Primate Ecology and Genetics Group conference. She aims to continue her studies at postgraduate level.
