DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING

nGAP Lecturer – Department of Accounting

ALICE CAMPUS

SALARY: R 460 000 per annum - CTC

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • BCom Accounting with articles or Postgraduate qualification, willingness to register for Masters or attain CA (SA
  • Exposure to teaching experience or tutoring an added advantage
  • The candidate must be willing to be based in Alice (UFH main campus)
  • The candidate must also be willing to teach chartered accountancy stream

 

Requirements: 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  • Teach General Accounting students
  • Work towards leadership in curriculum design, development and implementation
  • Participate in normal administrative duties necessary for the smooth running of the department Undertake research either individually or in collaboration
  • Participate in community initiatives embarked on by the University
  • Work with an appointed mentor
